Seeds of Anahata is a heart-centred Remedial Massage space dedicated to supporting your body, mind, and wellbeing. Through nurturing and tailored treatments, it provides a safe and calming environment where you can release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself. At its core, it’s about planting the seeds of self-care, healing, and holistic wellness, guiding each client on their personal journey to feel supported, restored, and cared for. 

Massage therapy offers more than just relief for tired muscles — it supports the body and mind as a whole. Through calming touch and mindful techniques, massage can ease physical tension, calm the nervous system, and improve circulation. It encourages deep relaxation, helps reduce stress, and supports better sleep and emotional balance. Regular treatments also nurture body awareness and provide space for self-care, allowing you to reconnect, reset, and restore your overall wellbeing. 

 I understand that life can be busy and sometimes things come up unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the time to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice may incur a $50.00 fee, and those with less than 2 hours’ notice or non-attendance may be charged the full treatment fee. If I’m able to fill your appointment, no fee will apply, and you’re always welcome to send a friend in your place.

As my clinic is home-based and I am also a mum of three, there may be rare occasions where I need to move appointments due to illness, injury, or family emergencies. If this happens, I will always do my best to reschedule you quickly and, as a thank you for your patience, offer a 10% discount on your next session.
